In central Iowa, we are no strangers to natural disasters such as tornadoes, high winds/derechos, lightning, flooding, or even ice storms or blizzards. Fires can cause damage to your property too, whether it's a wildfire or an accidental fire.
Having pictures of your property before being damaged makes it harder for insurance companies to question you. We can help you with that.
We will provide up to 20 pictures of your property. We generally take 1 picture from each cardinal direction (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, and NW) followed by one picture looking straight down on your home / building. With the extra 11, we can take close up pictures of your roof's condition, outbuildings, or pictures of your overall property/acreage. You get to decide what pictures you want.
